Warping Drum 48cm
This tool allows you to warp the yarn and spread it to the full width of the loom in a single step. It combines the functions of our Warping Board and Warp Beaming Station into one powerful tool.
It can warp up to 60 threads at once, making it extremely convenient for creating plain warps and striped warps.
In Japan, it is highly favored by textile artists who create fabrics with very fine gradient stripes, such as the traditional Kokura-ori.
The system allows you to wind the warp tightly onto the Warp Beam Cartridge while maintaining consistently strong tension on the warp threads.
This tool was uniquely developed in Nishijin, Kyoto, making it ideal for creating warp threads for solid-colored and striped kimonos, obi sashes, and other fine-thread weaving projects.
