Warp Beam Cartridge is attached to the warp beam axle of the loom for use. The edge of the cloth is hemmed to allow for the insertion of the metal pole. Tie the warp to the metal pole after cutting shallow holes in the hem of the cloth. The sides of the inner square of the warp beam are all 6.3cm.

Since it uses a cartridge system, you can transport the warped warp threads. It is compatible with our looms, warping stands, and drum warping machines.

With the development of Nishijin in Kyoto, Japan, a division of labor system was established, leading to the adoption of a cartridge system. This is a remnant of Nishijin’s past.
